Our self esteem and confidence levels impact on EVERY aspect of our lives, from our own self belief, to our relationships with romantic partners, our children, families, friends and within our working and professional environment.


Everyone has varying levels of confidence in these areas and sometimes life can bash our confidence, leaving us unsure what went wrong and how to fix it.

Whether you’re a new parent who’s lost their way now that your bundle of joy has landed in your life, someone who struggles with romantic relationships due to upsetting past experiences, or you have a family that just drives you mad and you need a safe sounding board to help you to work out some of your problems and issues, or you’re a student worried about your future or your exams, returning to work or looking for a new job and are worried about interviews, a high flyer looking to boost your self esteem and confidence for the next step, an athlete needing to overcome negative self doubt, or someone who has struggled with body confidence due to overeating, then I can help you.

Coaching is for anyone at any time and can help with any situation.

Whilst therapy is great for helping people to identify and understand past and current events and harmful emotions, coaching helps to do this, AND MORE, by looking at ways in which you can overcome self doubt and low self esteem, and learn new, positive and empowering ways of thinking and speaking to, for and about yourself that will help you be the best you.

Sara Wright

Sara Wright has over 20 years’ experience of working with groups and individuals across a wide range of improvement and reflection techniques. Sara Wright’s hands on approach will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take challenges head on.


Sara has extensive coaching skills training, a BSc (Hons), an MSc. Over her 20-year career as a Confidence Coach, Sara has grown skills and techniques through coaching, mentoring and training to empower individuals and groups, and build their self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness.


Coaching & Workshops 



If your have low confidence or self-esteem then a session with our confidence coach will start building the blocks to a more confident, assured you. Building confidence has a major benefit to your well being, so arrange a session with our confidence coach and start the journey to a better you. 

Our 1-2-1 life coaching sessions will give you clarity and help you to prioritise what's important to you.


We will help align your goals over a course of 1-2-1 life coaching sessions.

Training & Workshops
