  • What is coaching?
    Coaching is a process designed to help an individual or group meet their goal. This is through a set of methods and techniques involving the individual to talk and the life coach to listen. The life coach will ask questions to help the individual open up through talking to reach their end goal.
  • Who is coaching for?
    There isn't a particular type of person that needs coaching. Life Coaching is available and beneficial to everyone as it helps focus on your life goals whether they are short term or long term. I will help you assess goals and put the blocks in place to build to achieve your goals.
  • What is the first step?
    Beleive it or not but you have taken a big step forward by looking into life coaching. The next step would be to get in touch, this can be through email or phone depending on how you would prefer to reach out. We start with a free 15 minute session to make sure coaching is the right choice for you, and that I'm the right person to help you achieve your goals.
  • How much does it cost?
    The first 15 minutes call is free, this will help to ensure coaching is right for you, and I am the right coach for you. Experience has shown that the best way to reach your goal, and achieve optimum results is to book six 45 minute sessions with me, Sara Wright. We offer two options for consultation (in person or online), you can see these on our price & booking page.
